Reiki share for all!

Reiki is an energy technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, through gentle touch (with permission), but mostly uses the hands over the body to improve the flow of life energy and balance the energy centers, to support overall wellbeing.

Both Reiki practitioners and newcomers are welcome and/or anyone interested in learning or experiencing the universal life force energy. New comers will have a brief introduction to Reiki, and we take turns giving and receiving Reiki, either as a small groups or partners.

Reiki works on the entire self – mind, body and emotions – and because it is universal life force energy.
